Netflix Sues Blockbuster
Netflix is suing Blockbuster, almost immediately after receiving a long-awaited business model patent. I personally hope the courts reward Netflix; Blockbuster’s imitation is just too flagrant… Plus I just hate Blockbuster. :)

That’s just silly. Moving existing businesses online is not original enough to warrant patent protection, and adding a rental queue is obvious for an online rental system. There are a million fast food franchises. Should McDonnald’s be suing them for copying their business model?

Hey Jordy
Check this out http://tinyurl.com/grele. I found it on alexaholic 1000 most recent seaches. If Buger King starts selling Big Mac then they should start suing!
