Looks like Mozy just sold for 76 million to EMC corporation. Congrats to Josh Coates, Tyler Whitaker, and the rest of the Mozy crew for the huge exit.
I’m sure the folks at Wasatch Venture Fund (and their investors) are pretty stoked too.
