Yepic Beta Launch

Congrats to local Utah entrepreneur Richard Tripp and the folks from Yepic on their new beta release as featured in Digital IQ magazine. For those of you who haven’t heard of Yepic, its an online “content marketplace that enables bloggers and other users to buy and sell premium user-generated content”. It’s a cool idea and a great article. Fun stuff. :)

    Jordy:

Great to meet you at Fight Club and thanks for the mention of Yepic’s beta launch. I’d like to pose a question to you and your readers, something a lot of people have been discussion ever since Fast Company (http://blog.fastcompany.com/archives/2006/11/10/yepic_allows_bloggers_to_sell_premium_content.html) blogged us last Friday and raised the question for us:

Can bloggers create content people would actually pay for? Can any content-creator currently playing in the user-generated content space?

    Love to hear your thoughts.

    Best,

    Richard
